The Women's Empowerment Conference is returning for a second consecutive year, the Downey Chamber of Commerce announced.
The Embassy Suites in Downtown Downey will host the conference, scheduled for Friday, March 8, from 11 am to 2 pm.
Event speakers will be revealed soon. Last year's conference was highlighted by television reporter Suzanne Marques.
